We offer “hard” facilities management services including integrated planned preventative maintenance on all mechanical and electrical systems and services, plant management, energy planning and management, grant applications, compliance and certification.
We can manage all aspects of services at your facility (not just the usual selection), including alarm systems, CCTV, fire suppression, electric doors and locking, key management to name but a few.
We can offer different levels of service to suit client’s needs, up to and including integrated packages including building and construction services and maintenance.
We do not offer “soft” aspects of facilities management such as cleaning, security staff or catering. Construction services are carried out by partner organisations subcontracted to Kennedy Refrigeration Ltd.
